About Xoxo
XOXO is an American contemporary clothing brand, owned by Kellwood Company. XOXO is targeted towards young females, mainly teenagers. It was started by Greg Fiene in 1991, creating what is now one of the first contemporary brands especially for teens, sold at an affordable price. They have brought the younger generation with feminine, trendy, fashionable, modern apparel and accessories, including handbags, sunglasses, belts, and jewelry.
In 1999, Fiene sold the XOXO brand to Aris Industries, Inc., and left the company in 2003. In July of the same year, Global Brand Holdings acquired XOXO and its core apparel lines were licensed to Kellwood Company.
